Chris Moore received an BA from UVA in 1989 and an MFA in fiction writing from VCU in 1994. His short stories have been published in Style Weekly, 64 Magazine, and several other literary magazines. His photojournalism has appeared in the Richmond Times Dispatch, the Washington Post, Virginia Living, and Richmond Family Magazine. His community work includes serving on the Boards of Peter Paul Development Center, Virginia Supportive Housing, the St. James’s Children’s Center, ACTS, and the Friends of the Richmond Public Library. He and his wife, Dena (MA, 1993) met in the VCU English department, and have two sons.
